RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LuvsovilStella. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund policy before placing your order.

1. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you ordered the wrong item or need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at LuvsovilStellaSquishy_official@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Orders that have not shipped, including pre-orders, may be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method.

For partial cancellations, we will refund the canceled items, associated taxes, and any applicable shipping charges.

We will do our best to accommodate order changes. If a change cannot be made, you may cancel your unshipped order and place a new one.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and the policy below applies, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences regarding color, texture, softness, or scent when the product matches its description.

This restriction does not apply to damaged, faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items, or affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. HANDMADE VARIATIONS

For squishies described as handmade, minor air bubbles, small surface imperfections, visible mold seams, and slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur.

When disclosed on the product page, these minor cosmetic variations are considered normal handmade characteristics and do not qualify for a refund, provided they do not affect normal use or make the item materially different from its description.

Significant damage, defects affecting normal use, and substantial differences from the product description are not considered normal handmade variations.

4. DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, has a significant defect, or is materially different from its description, please contact us promptly at LuvsovilStellaSquishy_official@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the item and the issue, where possible

An unboxing video is helpful but is not required to request a refund.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will refund the affected item, including associated taxes and shipping charges where required by applicable law. You will not need to return the item.

For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund if you agree to keep the item. This does not replace any remedy you are entitled to by law.

5. DAMAGE AFTER DELIVERY

Damage caused by sharp objects, excessive stretching, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible for a refund.

This exclusion does not apply to an existing defect revealed during normal use or affect your statutory rights.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your cancellation is confirmed or your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

7. PRE-ORDERS & SHIPPING DELAYS

Estimated dispatch dates or timeframes for pre-orders are shown on the relevant product page. Production and order processing time are separate from shipping transit time.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund, including associated taxes and applicable shipping charges.

We will obtain your consent to delays as required by law. If the required consent is not received, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped order.

8. MISSING PARCELS

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at LuvsovilStellaSquishy_official@gmail.com.

We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, consistent with applicable law.

9. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where those laws provide additional cancellation, return, or refund rights, those rights apply.
