• Returns within 15 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Used, custom, or damaged items cannot be returned.

• Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

• Buyer pays return shipping for personal reasons.

• If nails or tools are damaged, we offer one free replacement or full refund when reported within 24 hours.
